MEADOW BAY GOLD CORPORATION is a gold exploration company whose main focus is exploring and developing the Atlanta Gold Mine Project, located in Lincoln County, Nevada. The Atlanta Mine is a well located, close to all mining facilities with current infrastructure including power and water. The company is currently working in its 2015 drill program following the 2011 Porphyry-hosted Gold Discovery. The current drill program is intended to expand the existing resource and test new targets in the virgin Western Knolls.
The Atlanta Gold Project, located in Lincoln Country, Nevada, produced 110,000 oz. gold and 800,000 oz. silver as an open pit mine in operation from 1975 – 1985. The Project continues to benefit from historical infrastructure – power, water and roads – all of which remains in place. Meadow Bay Gold has successfully completed an initial 2011 drill program at the Atlanta Gold Project that included discovering gold porphyry mineralization as well as confirming and expanding previous exploration by Gold Fields Resources and Kinross Gold. In March 2013, the Company released a mineral resource estimate using both the 2011 drill program and previous drill results. Meadow Bay intends to continue to explore and to develop the Atlanta Gold Project and move the project toward a production decision.

Christopher Crupi, CPA, CA – CEO & Director
Mr. Crupi was the Co-Founder and CEO of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. which was sold to Coeur Mining in April 2015 for over $200 million and he was also a found of other successful mining ventures, including the 2013 sale of Urastar Gold, Agnico Eagle. He was formerly a Special Assistant to the Right Honourable Don Mazankowski, Deputy Prime Minister of Canada. Mr. Crupi also practiced with several international accounting firms where he was a corporate restructuring expert. Mr. Crupi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon.) degree from the University of Ottawa.
Charles (Bill) Reed – Director
Mr. Reed is a professional geologist and was most recently Vice President of Exploration and co-founder of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. (NYSE/TSX:PZG) and credited with the multi million ounce gold-silver discovery known as San Miguel in Chihuahua, Mexico. Mr. Reed was also Chief Geologist (Mexico) for Hecla Mining Company (NYSE:HL) and prior thereto was Regional Geologist for Echo Bay. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1969 and is a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Utah. Bill currently resides in Arizona and Utah and will be responsible for conducting exploration programs on all the Desert Hawk Gold properties including the Atlanta Mine.
Dr. Douglas Oliver – Project Manager
Douglas H. Oliver is a career geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration. He is president and founder of OliverGeoservices, which specializes in exploration management, economic evaluations and independent reviews. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Rutgers University and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a PhD in Tectonics from Southern Methodist University. Doug is responsible for implementing the exploration program at the Atlanta Mine.
Robert Dinning – Chairman – Director
Robert G. Dinning is a Chartered Accountant, and lifetime member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accounts. Mr Dinning was Chair man fo the board of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. sold to Coeur Mining 2015. Mr. Dinning was employed in Investment Banking through a subsidiary of a major Canadian Bank for 5 years and then served as CFO of a large public broadcasting company for an additional 5 years. For the past 30 years he has operated his own management consulting business primarily focused on the resource industry. Mr. Dinning brings effective management, administrative and fiscal experience having operated as both CEO and CFO in public undertakings.
In addition to he position as Chariman for Meadow Bay Gold Corp., Mr. Dinning is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp, and AMEX and TSX listed Resource Company and serves as an officer and director for four other public companies , all of which are involved in the resource industry.
Keith Margetson – CFO
Mr. Margetson is a chartered accountant and has been in public accounting for over three decades. He is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Margetson currently serves as an officer of three other publicly traded companies on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Jordan Estra – Director
Mr. Estra has been a leading research analyst and global metals/mining team leader for a number of major investment banks, including SG Warburg (now UBS), Merrill Lynch, BT Alex Brown (now Deutsche Bank) and Oppenheimer. He began his career in the mining industry, at AMAX Inc., a global natural resources leader with interests in precious metals, copper, lead, zinc, coal, oil & gas, molybdenum, tungsten and iron ore. At AMAX Mr. Estra held a number of positions in Finance, Marketing and Strategic Business Development.
Adrian Robertson, P.Eng – Director
Mr. Robertson is a professional engineer with life of mine experience ranging from exploration and financing through production and reclamation. Mr. Robertson’s previous work experience includes positions with Vale (formerly Inco Ltd), Teck, Golder Associates and TVX Corp. In addition to his responsibilities with Meadow Bay Gold Corp, Mr. Robertson is also a consultant and commercial airline pilot.
